Yoga met Coby provides yoga classes and personal guidance for individuals in the Papendrecht, Gorinchem and Molenlanden region. She also offers workplace yoga and vitality sessions for organisations in Zuid-Holland, Utrecht and Noord-Brabant.

Yoga classes

The classes combine strong poses, gentle movement, breathing and relaxation. No yoga experience is needed.

• Online group classes with Dru Yoga and a little Yin Yoga (no group classes currently)
• Outdoor Yoga with Coby in Goudriaan by the Slingelandse Plassen (seasonal)
• Workplace yoga classes
• Vitality sessions for organisations

Personal guidance

Coby offers private classes and tailored programmes for people seeking support with stress, overstrain, burnout or back problems. Sessions can be online, in person or a combination of both.

Approach

Coby works with small groups and private classes, allowing for personal attention. Classes are tailored to the body, pace and recovery process.

Practical information

Outdoor yoga takes place in dry, calm weather by the Slingelandse Plassen in Goudriaan. In-person private classes can be arranged in Molenlanden, Gorinchem or Papendrecht.

• Outdoor class: Saturday usually from 08.30 to 09.30; weekly in summer and otherwise when the weather permits
• Bring your own mat; optionally a towel or small blanket
