About Puur Jessica

Puur Jessica is a practice in Ophemert that supports women who keep going even when they are not doing well inside. Jessica works through the body and offers a four-month 1:1 programme, breathing and meditation sessions, and reiki.

Programme

The 1:1 programme Van overleven naar leven lasts four months and has no fixed schedule. It consists of seven two-hour sessions and one follow-up session of one and a half hours, focusing on energy, needs, tension, boundaries and emotions.

• Van overleven naar leven
• Arriving & connecting
• Seeing & understanding
• Shifting & letting go
• Living & embedding

Sessions

Alongside the programme, Jessica offers breathing and meditation evenings in a small group, as well as individual breathing and meditation sessions and reiki sessions. She works through the body, gently, without judgement and at the client's pace.

• Breathing and meditation evenings (group, max. 8 women)
• 1:1 breathing and meditation session
• 1:1 reiki session

Practical information

Jessica moved her practice to Ophemert in mid-May 2025. Before that, appointments took place in Haaften. A no-obligation introductory conversation is available.
