About Fysiotherapie en Fitness Blauwestad

Fysiotherapie en Fitness Blauwestad is a physiotherapy practice with locations in Oostwold and Oostwold. The practice treats physical complaints using methods including massage, dry needling, taping, and exercise and training therapy.

Treatments

The practice uses various treatment methods for physical complaints and to support movement.

• Massage (therapeutic massage/fascia techniques)
• Dry needling
• Mobilization techniques (cyriax, mulligan)
• Taping (Medical taping)
• Exercise/training therapy

Dry needling

With dry needling, the physiotherapist inserts a dry acupuncture needle into the muscles. After the treatment, the client is given exercises and targeted advice.

Medical Taping

Medical Taping uses elastic kinesiology tape to treat and prevent physical problems. The tape supports the muscles and the body's own healing processes without restricting freedom of movement.

Locations

The practice has a location in Midwolda and a well-equipped exercise room in Oostwold.
