Fookus - Hypnocoaching

About Fookus - Hypnocoaching

Fookus helps businesses in Oosterbeek identify bottlenecks in enquiries, follow-up and customer management. It builds clearly defined systems to connect these processes.

Exploration and approach

A free half-hour online exploration identifies where customers get stuck. This is followed by a proposal describing how it works, the scope, end date and price; Fookus then builds the agreed workflow.

• Investigate bottlenecks in incoming enquiries, follow-up and existing customers
• Design a route with the required steps, integrations and human decisions
• Build a defined workflow with predetermined outcomes and acceptance criteria

Systems

These systems are examples, not fixed packages. What Fookus builds depends on where customers get stuck in the business.

• AI phone receptionist for missed calls
• 24/7 website and WhatsApp assistant
• Instant lead follow-up system
• Reactivation agent for old leads and customers
• Prospect scraper with company research
• Content multiplier
• From sales conversation to quotation and follow-up
• Review and referral system
• From ad to booked appointment
