About FutureU.biz: Human Coaching for Balance, Growth, and Your Best Self

FutureU.biz offers human coaching, bodywork and movement in Montfoort. Luc supports people through coaching, treatments and training, in person and online.

Coaching

Human coaching is a conversation about where someone is and what they want. A free introductory call is intended to discuss whether working together would be a good fit.

Bodywork and treatment

The treatments focus on the nervous system, movement, balance and coordination. Moxibustion therapy is used as part of a treatment when appropriate.

Movement and training

Personal training is one-to-one and tailored to where someone is, how they move and what they want to work on. The outdoor bootcamp is group training outside.

Approach

Luc does not promise results and leaves clients to decide what their experience means. He approaches pain in terms of physical, psychological and social factors.

About Luc

Luc is Polish and lives in the Netherlands. He started as a personal trainer; bodywork and coaching came later, partly because clients raised issues that training alone did not address.
