Approach

The dog is given time to explore the salon calmly. After discussing what is wanted, Didi assesses the coat and lets the owner know when the treatment is nearly finished.

Practical information

Didi asks that dogs are given a good walk beforehand and brought in on a lead. For rabbits, she recommends a closed travel carrier with hay.
