About Sportfront

Sportfront provides training at various sports locations in the Hoeksche Waard and at home. The offer includes Full Body Shape, personal training and Shape At Home.

Training

Full Body Shape consists of circuit training with powerlifting exercises, functional strength exercises and core exercises. Participants train at their own level and receive guidance on form and technique.

Full Body Shape

The group classes combine cardio, strength and core exercises. Participants train in pairs and choose their own intensity.

Shape At Home

The home workouts last 20 to 30 minutes and can be followed using your own fitness kit. The trainer does the full workout alongside you and gives guidance on form and technique.

Service area and locations

Group classes take place in Oud-Beijerland, Mijnsheerenland, Westmaas and Maasdam. Sportfront also offers Shape At Home.
