About Limed Sport

Limed Sport provides combat sports, Systema, self-defence, and functional sport and movement. Sports training takes place in the Horst area of North Limburg; there are also programmes for businesses, teams and education.

Types of training

Limed Sport combines different types of training, with attention to physical and mental resilience. There are sessions for athletes and individual sessions for physical and mental goals.

Programmes for athletes

Athletes can train in small groups, in pairs or individually. There are junior training sessions and group training for adults.

• Junior training for boys and girls aged 10 to 15
• Adult training from age 15

Businesses and education

Limed Sport offers training and coaching for businesses, teams and education. Topics may include stress, communication, collaboration and resilience.
