Yoga Centrum Leusden is a yoga studio in Leusden. Yvonne Hofland teaches Hatha yoga and adapted yoga classes, including chair yoga and yoga for people with chronic pain.

Classes in Leusden

Classes take place at several times during the week. Hatha yoga is held at De Kom; chair yoga takes place at the Marcuskerk.

Adapted classes

In chair yoga, many poses can be performed while seated. The class for people with chronic pain is adapted to what participants can manage, within the limits of their condition.

Digital classes

There are digital Hatha yoga classes and a sun salutation series by Yvonne Hofland, plus a mini Dru Yoga class by Mieke Postulart. The videos can be used for a class between regular sessions or to catch up on a missed class in your own time.

About the teacher

All classes are taught by Yvonne Hofland. She trained at Saswitha voor Yoga en Wijsbegeerte (Saswitha for Yoga and Philosophy), a classical Hatha Yoga training programme, and has been teaching yoga classes in Leusden for over 13 years.

Practical information

Classes are held at De Kom at Hamersveldseweg 51, except for chair yoga, which is taught at the Marcuskerk at Asschatterweg 1. You are welcome to join a class.
