Lifestyle coaching

The coaching focuses on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and relaxation. After conversations, the client receives small tasks to do at home and practical tools to work towards change step by step.

The running coaching takes place in small groups in nature and focuses on mindful movement, breathing, and recovery. Participants practise listening to their bodies and moving with calm and energy.

Vital Grieving supports people after a loss with gentle walks, breathing exercises, and moments for reflection. The support focuses on connecting with the body, breathing, and feelings.

As a certified coach and someone with lived experience, Ilona listens personally and asks open questions to determine a suitable approach together. The coaching offers practical tools and insights into behaviour patterns.
