Bij Nan is a practice in Leidschendam for massage therapy and body-oriented work. The services also include breathwork, personal sessions, ceremonies and a day retreat.

Massage therapy

Massage therapy is body-oriented therapy that combines attention and touch with targeted techniques and awareness. The process starts with an intake and a treatment plan; several sessions are usually needed.

Breathwork

You can choose a single breathing session or a programme of 6 to 12 months with personal support.

Personal sessions

Individual sessions can combine conversation, body-oriented attention, breathing, meditation, visualisation and rituals. A private group session for 3 to 5 people is also possible.

Practical information

Appointments are booked online and take place in Leidschendam or Stompwijk. After the session, an invoice and payment request follow; cash payment is also possible.
