INZICHT lessen over leven is an online practice for hypnotherapy. The practice supports people with Kern Balans Therapie (Core Balance Therapy) and support programmes.

Kern Balans Therapie (Core Balance Therapy)

This in-house method brings together different techniques and focuses on the cause of a complaint, recurring pattern or limiting belief. Each session is tailored to the support needs.

Support programmes

The programmes last 3, 5 or 8 months and include one intensive online session per month. Clients receive recordings, a digital test report, assignments and support via WhatsApp.

Approach

A session starts with a visualisation, followed by exploration through proxy and kinesiological tests. Afterwards, there is a follow-up conversation and the client receives a written summary.

Practical information

Support takes place entirely online via Zoom. A brief initial phone call is intended to see together whether the support needs are a good fit.
