About Het Zenhuys

Het Zenhuys is a space for yoga, massages, bodywork, coaching and mindfulness in Hulst. It offers classes and sessions, workshops and retreats.

Yoga

There are yin and hatha yoga classes, pregnancy yoga and private yoga for one or two people. Private lessons are tailored to the participants.

Massages and bodywork

Massages are available for relaxation, deeper exploration or relief from physical complaints. A deep tissue session can be booked individually or as a duo, at Het Zenhuys or at the client's home.

Coaching and mindfulness

The offer includes walking coaching, emotional bodywork, a programme on mindset, nutrition and awareness, chakra reading and mindfulness training. The mindfulness course is based on the MBSR training programme and consists of four sessions, with follow-up if desired.

Packages

The Zen packages combine different activities. After booking, Het Zenhuys gets in touch to schedule the sessions.

Workshops and retreats

Workshops and events focus on self-care and awareness. Het Zenhuys also organises yoga retreats, including a women-only retreat in Marrakech.

Practical information

Het Zenhuys is located on ’s Gravenhofplein in Hulst. The space can be rented for activities focused on relaxation, awareness or self-care. The shop can be visited during classes or workshops, or by appointment.
