About JDB FIT

JDB FIT is a private gym in Houten offering personal training, nutrition coaching and functional fitness classes. The gym provides one-to-one training in a quiet, low-stimulation environment.

Personal training

Training sessions are one-to-one and tailored to you, in the private gym. Sessions last 30, 45 or 60 minutes; measurements and a free training partner are included with personal training.

Nutrition coaching

Group classes

The functional fitness classes have a maximum of eight participants. You can register via the JDB FIT app or website.

Gym and equipment

The private studio has, among other things, a power station, Concept2 rowing machine, SkiErg, leg press and dumbbells.
