Liefvol Lijf is a dietitian practice and nutrition coach in Hoogland, near Amersfoort. The practice supports clients in developing a relaxed relationship with food, intuitive eating and nutrition questions about pregnancy and children.

Support with eating

The support focuses on a healthy relationship with food, more calm around eating habits and an eating pattern that suits a person’s life. The approach is personal, holistic and evidence based.

Nutrition support is available during and after pregnancy and for children who have difficulty eating.

Approach

The programme begins with a no-obligation online introductory meeting, followed by an intake and follow-up sessions. Support proceeds at the client’s pace.

Fees

The introductory meeting lasts 15 minutes and is free. An intake lasts about 60 minutes; follow-up sessions average 45 minutes, with a 30-minute option also available.

Reimbursement and appointments

Dietary advice is reimbursed for three hours per calendar year under the basic health insurance. For adults, this is subject to the deductible; children up to 18 years old have no deductible. Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand.
