Victims of violent or sexual offences who do not yet have a lawyer receive legal assistance free of charge. Family law cases involving domestic violence or intimate terror are accepted only on a paid basis. Subsidised legal aid may be available for regular family law proceedings if your income or assets are below the set limit.

• Standard hourly rate: € 225 including VAT
• The cost of the advice meeting is deducted from the next invoice if you proceed with further work

The strategic advice meeting is online and lasts one hour. The practice is located on Heveapad in Hoogezand.
