Pole Moves is a sports and dance school in Hilversum. Classes include pole dancing, Hoop Moves, yoga and open training.

Classes

Pole dancing classes are divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. A class includes a warm-up, exercises, pole dancing technique and a cool-down.

Pole dancing training

The classes combine strength, flexibility and courage. They focus on muscle strengthening, abdominal exercises, pole dancing technique and partner exercises.

For children and groups

Kidz Moves is for children aged 8 to 13. Parties, workshops and outings are also available for occasions such as birthdays and staff outings.

Practical information

A trial class is available. Shoes are not allowed in the studio; you can train barefoot or in white indoor gym shoes. Missed classes can be made up by arrangement and within four weeks of the subscription.
