About 4 Your Talent B.V.

4 Your Talent B.V. offers the 4YT Monitor for skills trainers and organisations. The digital learning environment helps track training and skills development in day-to-day work.

The 4YT Monitor

The Monitor turns a training method into a digital learning environment with coaching forms, measurement points, levels and development steps. Participants practise, trainers and managers give feedback, and progress becomes visible.

• Custom coaching and observation forms
• Self-reflection and feedback from others
• Insight into individual and group progress
• Multiple clients under one training practice
• Add unlimited users in the first year

How it works

Development follows a set cycle: learning goals are translated into observable behaviour, participants apply skills in work situations and gather feedback. 4 Your Talent also helps refine learning goals and design coaching forms.

• Translate learning goals into observable behaviour
• Apply skills in real work situations
• Reflect and gather feedback
• Make adjustments based on development and next steps

Packages

The Monitor is available for trainers and training agencies with their own training practice, and for organisations with their own business environment. Amounts exclude VAT.
