About Bewust bewegen

Bewust Bewegen is an outdoor exercise business run by Wendy Levering in Heinenoord. It offered bootcamp, power walking, personal training and a running group; she no longer offers these sessions in the Hoeksche Waard.

What we offer

Training

Bootcamp is an outdoor group workout using body weight or equipment. Power walking involves walking at a brisk pace with short strength exercises; the running group alternates distance runs and intervals.

Approach

Wendy uses exercises to help participants become more aware of their bodies and works with them to find a suitable activity. She combines exertion with relaxation and movement with a focus on balance.

Children’s party

A children’s party can include outdoor play and romping around, and ends with a bootcamp certificate.
