About Educare, praktijk voor psychologie

Educare is a psychology practice in Havelte. It provides short-term psychological care in the Generalist Basic GGZ (Dutch basic mental health care), for adults and for children and young people who cannot or do not wish to receive treatment through Jeugdzorg (Dutch youth care).

Treatments

Educare provides short-term treatments and coaching. The treatments focus on mild to moderate psychological complaints and conditions.

Treatment formats

Sessions can take place individually, in a group, outdoors or online. Individual sessions mainly take place outdoors.

Approach

Care is short-term, with 9 to a maximum of 12 sessions. After digital registration, Educare makes contact by phone to discuss the request for help, waiting time and suitability.

Quality and reimbursement

Educare is certified by the LVVP (Dutch Association of Psychologists and Psychotherapists) and holds the Keurmerk Basis GGZ (Basic Mental Health Care quality mark). In 2026, the practice has contracts with almost all health insurers.
