Creative coaching

Coaching can involve visual art, voice and body work, role-play, silence or words. Creative work is an option, not a requirement; the support is tailored to the client and their pace.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy helps people respond differently to persistent thought and behaviour patterns. The mindfulness exercises focus on what is happening in the body, mind and feelings.
