Jouw Gezonde Voeding is a nutrition practice focused on hormonal imbalances in men and women. It offers coaching, nutrition analyses, a blood test, a supermarket safari and cooking workshops.

Coaching and programmes

In the 1:1 programme, Jouw Gezonde Voeding works with the client to look for the causes of their symptoms and draws up a personal nutrition plan. There is also an online course about natural food, exercise and relaxation.

Practical information

The Supermarket Safari takes place at a supermarket of your choice in the north. The cooking workshop can be booked for up to six people and has breakfast, lunch or a snack as its theme.
