About Stralen Yoga Centrum

Stralen Yoga Centrum is a yoga studio in Drongelen. It offers yoga classes, workshops, individual sessions and therapy.

Classes

Classes are available in Hatha yoga, Critical Alignment Yoga and Yin Yoga. Yoga Nidra is organised about once a month on Friday evening; recorded classes are also available via Momoyoga.

Therapy and individual sessions

Individual sessions focus, among other things, on movement restrictions, breathing problems and tension. The types of therapy include yoga, craniosacral therapy and TRE®.

Stralen organises workshops, including a one-day introductory TRE® workshop for up to seven participants.

Class location and approach

The studio’s own teaching location in Drongelen has been in use since March 2019. Classes take place in small groups, and there is an opportunity to drink tea afterwards.

About the owner

Yara Janine Himpers is the owner and teacher. She has completed training and further courses in yoga, breathing, relaxation and meditation.
