Scheeres Psychotherapie is an independent psychotherapy practice in Zutphen for adults aged 18 and over. The practice offers individual treatment within insured specialist mental health care (GGZ).

Treatment

The practice treats recurring or complex psychological problems. Therapy is tailored to the complaints and chosen in consultation with the client.

Approach

The intake usually consists of two or three one-hour conversations, followed by a consultation to discuss recommendations. A treatment appointment at the practice usually lasts 45 minutes; dates and frequency are arranged in consultation.

Vision and collaboration

The practice is part of the Therapeuticum de Rozenhof health centre and shares a holistic and anthroposophical view of people and health. A course of treatment can be supplemented with sessions of art therapy or body-oriented therapy.

Reimbursement

Specialist mental health care is reimbursed through the basic insurance package. With an insurer contract, sessions are fully reimbursed; a correctly completed referral letter from the GP is required for reimbursement. For care without an insurer contract, reimbursement can range from 60 to 100%, depending on the policy.
