Approach

A life coaching programme usually consists of six to eight sessions lasting one to one and a half hours. The first session discusses the support needed, the goal and the needs.

Reimbursement

According to Christel, an employer can allocate a budget for coaching, training or education. A quote can be prepared by agreement after an initial conversation.
