Sovitaal

About Sovitaal

Sovitaal is based in Bruinisse and supports women with nutrition, lifestyle and supplement advice. The practice works with intake appointments and targeted testing, followed by a personal plan and ongoing support.

How it works

A programme starts with a free, no-obligation introductory conversation, online or by phone. This is followed by an intake, appropriate testing and a personal plan; support continues afterwards as needed.

• Detailed intake
• Blood test
• Stool test
• EMB test
• Continuous sugar analysis with a sensor
• Nutrition, lifestyle and supplement advice

Programmes

Sovitaal offers programmes for hormones and energy, gut therapy and a Deep Reset.
