Yoga met Jessica offers yoga classes in Tinte, near Brielle, Oostvoorne and Rockanje. There are group classes, private classes and workplace yoga.

Yoga style and classes

The classes combine Integral Yoga and Hatha Yoga with postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation. They are accessible to beginners and people with yoga experience.

Group classes

The group classes are small, with a maximum of twelve participants. Mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets are available.

Private classes are tailored to the participant and can take place at home or at an agreed location. Workplace yoga is adapted to the work setting and can be provided on-site or at the business.
