After the intake, advice is given on a course of treatment and a treatment plan. Treatment is in person or online; its duration depends on the complaints and the help requested.

Individual sessions, relationship therapy and two treatment packages are available. An introductory conversation is free.

• Basic Package: intake conversation, 6 therapy sessions and email support
• Extended Package: 12 therapy sessions

Practical information

You can register using the form on the website, by email or by phone. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellation or failure to attend costs €50.
