About Aayla, traumaheling en coaching

Aayla, trauma healing and coaching is a coaching practice in Berghem. The practice offers coaching and Trauma Release Therapy (TRT®), using techniques aimed at releasing tension, stress, and emotions.

Coaching

The coaching offers attention, trust, empathy, respect, and self-awareness. It focuses on strengths, passions, and limiting beliefs, using the client's character as its starting point.

Trauma Release Therapy

Trauma Release Therapy focuses on releasing tension, stress, deeply stored pain, and unresolved emotions. The session focuses on letting go of what can be released, without revisiting the event.
