About SEMMI Begeleiding & Therapie

SEMMI Begeleiding & Therapie provides youth support with psychomotor therapy and dance and movement therapy. The organization works in Amsterdam and the surrounding regions and also provides preventive group training at schools.

Youth support

Support is additional specialist care for complex situations and preventive support to address problems before they arise. The guidance is based on experience, using movement and connection.

Preventive training

SEMMI provides group training at schools on emotions, impulses, resilience and social skills. The programme is for children aged five and up through secondary school, and for parents.

Approach

From the first phone call, the team listens, makes concrete arrangements and looks with the family at what is going on and what is already working. The organization comes to the family’s own surroundings.
