About Praktijk ZenZ

Praktijk ZenZ is a practice for body-oriented coaching and therapy in Amsterdam-Noord. Its support focuses on stress and burnout symptoms, psychosomatic symptoms and regaining vitality. The practice also offers learning sessions for healthcare professionals as part of a post-HBO vocational programme.

Services

The practice offers stress coaching using the CSR method and psychosocial therapy for temporary problems in psychologically healthy people. Healthcare professionals can attend learning sessions as part of their post-HBO vocational programme.

Approach

The support combines understanding and experience and involves the mental, emotional and physical levels. A programme consists of an average of five to eight sessions of an hour and a half; programmes start at three sessions.

Practical information

Sessions take place in the practice room near Nieuwendammerdijk. A free introductory phone call is available; sessions are on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays at set times.

• Space for new programmes again from early January ’27

About the owner

Marit van Overschot is a body-oriented therapist, coach and teacher. Alongside her practice, she teaches at Sociale Academie Utrecht, Esoterra and Academie voor Psychodynamica.
