Programs of four, seven and ten sessions are available, as are individual sessions. Session length varies by session type.

About the therapist

Anna Perret is a psychologist and relationship and family therapist with over ten years of work experience. She is an NVRG-registered systemic therapist (registered with the Dutch Association for Relationship and Family Therapy) and has training in EFT, CBT, schema therapy and EMDR, among other areas.

Practical information

Sessions are available in Amsterdam-Centrum and online, in Dutch and English. No referral is needed. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance; after that, 50% will be charged.
