PachaMamma offers pregnancy support, massages and postpartum care in Amsterdam and at home. The services are for women during and after pregnancy and also include yoga and birth preparation.

PachaMamma provides Pregnancy Yoga and Birth Preparation courses, massages and treatments, and rituals before and after pregnancy.

Courses

The group course consists of five sessions at a location in Amsterdam; the private course and refresher course are tailored to the participants. The course covers birth preparation, breathing, yoga and the postpartum and breastfeeding period, among other things.
