Atletiekvereniging Atos is an athletics club in Amsterdam-Noord. The club offers athletics and running training for athletes of different ages and levels.

Training

Athletes train for running races and technical athletics events. The running groups focus on recreational running and competitions.

Running groups

The MiLa groups vary in level and training format. Training includes running technique, building fitness, and preparation for running events.

Getting acquainted

New runners can join four training sessions for free. They start in MiLa 3 or MiLa 4; afterwards, they discuss which group and level are suitable.

Facilities

The athletics track is beside the Noordhollands Kanaal. The facilities include changing rooms with showers and a clubhouse with a canteen.
