The practice works with adults, including young adults and older people. Help is available for stress, mood complaints, changes in life stages, illness, loss and questions of meaning, among other concerns.

Approach

After registration, there is a phone call to briefly discuss the request for help. If the request is a good fit, an intake appointment can be scheduled; sessions are then arranged and an evaluation takes place.

Treatment uses a range of methods. The practice owner works alone and consults with independent colleagues from different disciplines.
