Relatie-praktijk offers online support to couples after infidelity. The support helps them find calm and clarity and make a decision about their relationship.

Support

The practice supports couples as they recover after infidelity, rebuild trust, or let each other go with love. There is also an individual programme for someone whose partner does not want to take part.

Programmes

Programmes consist of 4, 8 or 12 sessions of an hour and a half. The introductory meeting lasts one hour and is free and carries no obligation.

• First step: 4 sessions of 1.5 hours
• New beginning: 8 sessions of 1.5 hours
• Stronger than ever: 12 sessions of 1.5 hours
• Free introductory meeting: 1 hour

Approach

The approach uses a set step-by-step plan and exercises to do at home. Sessions take place online.

Susanne Umans draws on her own experience with infidelity in her work. She is an HBO-educated relationship coach and has completed training in relationship therapy, trauma processing, communication and cognitive behavioural therapy.
