About Miniyoginis kinderyoga

Miniyoginis kinderyoga provides children's yoga for boys and girls around primary school age and older, as well as parent-child yoga workshops. Classes are in Afferden and the surrounding area and can also be held at school.

Children's yoga

Group classes alternate dynamic movement with moments of calm. Themes match children's world; meditation, mindfulness, yoga poses, massage and relaxation at the end are covered in different ways.

• Children's yoga group classes for ages 5-8, 9-12 and 12-15
• Yoga at school

Parent-child yoga

The classes are intended to strengthen the bond between parent and child. They combine partner exercises with relaxation and massage tricks that can be repeated at home; no yoga experience is needed.

• Parent-child yoga workshops
• Parent-child group yoga classes

About the yoga teacher
